Recette des Shortbread biscuits
D'origine écossaise,ces délicieux biscuits au beurre sont parfaits avec une tasse de thé.Très british !
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz(300g) flour*
4 oz (100g) caster*sugar
8 oz (200g) butter
1 Heat* oven to 190°C 2 Cream* the butter and 3Add* the flour and mix*
(Gas Mark 5). caster sugar for 5 minutes. well.Knead*the

hands.
4 Roll* into rectanglze. 5 Put on baking* tray.
Put* on baking * sheet bake* for 20 to 30 minutes.
and cut *into 20 slices.
